    NO DATA CENTER GIVEAWAYS

    I pledge to support policies that would ban tax breaks, backroom deals, and excessive energy usage for data centers, including:

    • —Nationwide ban on tax breaks for data center developments
    • —Nationwide ban on NDAs for elected officials who are negotiating new data center developments
    • —Mandate data center developers cover the costs of utility rate hikes caused by their energy use
  2. 02

    MANDATORY SAFETY REVIEWS

    I pledge to support policies that require every new major AI model to a mandatory, independent safety review before release.

    • —New AI models should be treated like new technologies. Each major version must be approved by an independent regulator.

    AN AI DIVIDEND

    I pledge to support policies that will share AI's gains with the workers it displaces.

    • —Redistribute a portion of the revenues and returns of AI companies and investors if the technology begins to displace a significant share of the labor force.

    ACCOUNTABILITY FOR AI COMPANIES

    I pledge to support policies that ensure consumers and companies have a legal right to sue big AI companies if a model causes undue material or financial harm.

    NO BAILOUTS FOR BIG AI

    I pledge to never support any legislation that would have taxpayers foot the bill for overvalued and unprofitable AI companies.
